The Simple 3-Step Nighttime Skin Routine
Nighttime skin care doesn't need ten steps. Start with three: cleanse, moisturize and take care of your lips.

Skin care can get complicated fast.
Cleanser. Toner. Serum. Essence. Treatment. Eye cream. Moisturizer. Oil. Mask.
For some people, that kind of routine is enjoyable. But it isn't the only way to take care of your skin.
At BennyBee, we're much more interested in a routine that's simple enough to actually use every night.
For us, that can be just three steps.
Step 1: Start With Clean Skin
Before adding moisture, start by removing the day.
Makeup, sunscreen, sweat and excess oil can accumulate on your skin throughout the day, so cleansing is a natural first step in a nighttime routine.
Use a facial cleanser that works well for your skin and rinse thoroughly.
And that's enough.
You don't necessarily need several cleansing steps before moving on.
Step 2: Moisturize Your Face
After cleansing, it's time to put some hydration back into the routine.
A cream can combine several types of ingredients in one step.
Humectants help attract and hold water.
Emollients help soften and condition the skin.
BennyBee Face Cream brings those ideas together with glycerin, Manuka honey, apricot kernel oil infused with calendula and chamomile, and shea butter.
It's exactly why we like our Face Cream at night.
Apply a small amount over your face and neck and gently massage it into the skin.
No layering five different products.
Just one moisturizer with ingredients chosen for a reason.
Step 3: Don't Forget Your Lips
Your face isn't the only place that can benefit from a little conditioning before bed.
Lip balm is probably the easiest step in the entire routine.
Apply your favorite balm before going to sleep and leave it on overnight.
If you don't want flavor or tint at bedtime, this is also where a simple unscented balm makes a lot of sense.
BennyBee offers several different lip balm formulas, including unscented and botanical-infused options, so nighttime lip care doesn't have to mean using the same balm you carry around during the day.
That's Really It
Cleanse. Moisturize. Lip care.
Three steps.
There will always be additional products you can add to a skin-care routine. That doesn't mean everybody needs them.
A routine also isn't very useful if it's so complicated that you stop following it after a week.
We'd rather start with the basics and be consistent.
Why We Like Simple Routines
Simple doesn't mean careless.
It means asking what each product is actually doing.
Your cleanser cleans.
Your face cream hydrates and conditions.
Your lip balm conditions and leaves a protective layer on your lips.
Each product has a clear purpose.
And if your skin needs something additional, you can build from there rather than starting with ten products because social media told you that's what a skin-care routine should look like.
Build a Routine You Actually Enjoy
Skin care shouldn't feel like homework.
Your nighttime routine can simply be a few quiet minutes at the end of the day: wash your face, apply your moisturizer, take care of your lips and go to bed.
That's the kind of routine we like at BennyBee.
Simple products. Thoughtfully chosen ingredients. A routine you can actually keep.
Purposeful everyday care starts with shea-centered lip and skin care.
